IMPACT Leadership Mentoring Programme
Through this four-day conference, I learnt about the essential skills that the leaders of today and tomorrow require to adapt to our rapidly changing environment: other-centredness, integrity, and servant leadership. I also had the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with industry leaders and learn from their work experiences.

Effective Altruism Singapore: ARETE Fellowship
This twelve-week-long fellowship introduced me to the concept of effective altruism which radically changed how I approached the concept of doing good. As its name suggests, effective altruism focuses on how we can be economically efficient in how we do good. Through this conference, I was enlightened on the causes that I could tackle -- including global health, institutionalized decision making, and animal welfare - to maximize my impact on the world.
